- How long does delivery take?
- Each piece is made to order and ships within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 8–12 days from the day you order, and you get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
- Where do your pieces ship from?
- Our jewelry is made to order by our partner workshop overseas and shipped directly to you. Every order is tracked from the workshop to your door, and delivery within the United States takes 8–12 days.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.
- Can I return a piece?
- Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece in its original packaging for a full refund. Start a return from your order page.
- What is the jewelry made of?
- Our pieces are silver. Each product page lists the exact material and finish.
- Can I add a gift message?
- Yes. At checkout, write a note and sign it. The recipient gets a card with your message and a link to read it online, so it never arrives creased or lost.
- Do you ship outside the United States?
- Right now we ship within the United States only.
- How do I track my order?
- Sign in and open your order. Once it ships, the tracking number and carrier appear there, and we email you the same link.
