Who we are
Nora Vale is operated by Pearl and Post LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of noravalejewelry.com and every purchase you make from it. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@noravalejewelry.com.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You may browse without an account; to order you sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for keeping that account secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your shipping address.
Products and descriptions
Our pieces are made to order from silver and finished by hand, so small variations in finish, color and measurements are normal and are not defects. We do our best to show colors accurately, but screens differ. We may limit quantities, discontinue a piece, or correct a description at any time.
Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order that we cannot fulfil, that appears fraudulent, or that was placed at an obviously incorrect price, in which case you are refunded in full. Sales tax is charged where the law requires it.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Each piece is made to order and dispatched within 2 business days; delivery usually takes 8–12 days and every shipment is tracked. Shipping is free on every order. Please check your address carefully: we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address you entered incorrectly. If a tracked parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
You may return any unworn piece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as described in our Refund & Return Policy. Pieces that are damaged, worn, or returned outside that window may be refused or refunded in part.
Gift messages and content you submit
You are responsible for gift messages, reviews and any other text you submit. Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to use it for the purpose you submitted it (for example, printing your gift message and showing it to your recipient). We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
The Nora Vale name, logo, designs, photographs and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site to shop and to share links, but you may not copy, resell or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, use automated tools to scrape or overload the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
